Lobster Launches New Collaboration Models

A new step in Lobster’s evolution from marketing execution to building growth systems

Lobster has launched three new collaboration models designed to reflect the different needs of businesses at different stages of growth. Rather than offering one approach for every client, the new models provide a more flexible framework based on where a business is today, where it wants to go, and the level of support it needs to get there.

The new approach comes from years of working with businesses across different industries and markets, and from seeing firsthand that strong marketing performance does not always translate into sustainable business growth.

In many cases, campaigns were performing well, bringing in customers, increasing demand, and improving marketing metrics, while challenges elsewhere in the business were limiting the impact of those results.

When Marketing Isn’t the Real Problem

Through its work with clients, Lobster found that the biggest growth challenges were not always marketing-related.

A campaign could deliver strong results while the business was still dealing with gaps in operations, sales, resource management, or decision-making. Over time, these gaps could slow growth, even when marketing was performing as expected.

This often led businesses to question the value of marketing when the real issue was a lack of alignment between different parts of the business.

That insight changed the way Lobster approaches growth. The role could no longer stop at building a marketing strategy. It had to extend into creating a more connected business system; one that helps turn marketing performance into meaningful, sustainable growth.

From Marketing Agency to Growth Partner

This realization marked a turning point in how Lobster works with its clients.

Instead of treating marketing as a standalone service, the scope of collaboration expanded to include business development, operational systems, commercial performance, e-commerce, and performance measurement, alongside the strategic decision-making needed to support growth.

As this approach was applied across different client engagements, businesses began to achieve more consistent results. Growth was no longer dependent on marketing alone. It became the outcome of different parts of the business working together toward the same goals.

Collaboration Models Built Around Growth Stages

Based on this experience, Lobster developed three collaboration models that differ not simply in the number of services provided, but in the depth of partnership and level of support each business needs.

Some businesses need to establish a strong foundation and bring clarity to their strategy. Others are ready to accelerate growth, improve performance, and explore new opportunities. More established companies may need a strategic and hands-on partner who can contribute to business development, performance management, and key decision-making.

The three models are designed to evolve with the business, allowing the relationship to grow as new challenges and opportunities emerge, rather than forcing every company into the same fixed framework.

A New Chapter for Lobster

The launch of these collaboration models marks another step in Lobster’s evolution and reflects a broader shift in how the company views growth. For Lobster, sustainable growth does not come from marketing campaigns in isolation. It comes from bringing together strategy, business development, operations, marketing, and commercial performance within one connected system.

At Lobster, we believe the strongest partnerships start with understanding the business first, then building a collaboration model that fits its current stage, with the flexibility to evolve as the business grows.
